Delivery Policy 

For all our customers we offer standard shipping with Royal Mail and has a transit time (for the UK) of 2-5 days at a reduced rate of £2.90.

We aim to dispatch all received orders in 2 working days from the order confirmation email that is sent

We do aim to meet this commitment in 90% of our standard orders being shipped in this timeframe (except during exceptional times as could be Christmas, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and big releases).

We use Royal Mail as our provider and in the unlikely case that your parcel is lost by the courier, we will offer a full refund or if available a replacement
